Also called “semi-integral” flour because of its high content of bran elements; this keeps the flour coarser and tastier.

Properties

It is a flour rich in fiber, which gives it excellent nutritional characteristics. A good compromise for natural breadmaking.

Ideal for the preparation of rustic breads. Extremely suitable for mixing with our “type 1” wheat flours. Mostly used in the preparation of CHAPATI, a typical bread of Indian and Pakistani culture, in its coarsest and tastiest version.

Ethnic cuisine has become part of our daily lives, in parallel with traditional Italian cuisine.
