We use only the finest varieties of grain, preferring to buy grain from local farmers, with a positive result on the rural economy of the area. The raw material has always been the focus of our attention: the grains used are carefully selected, and once they arrive at the company, they are analysed and identified by the efficient and modern internal laboratory, which verifies their quality.

Molino is also able to customise any type of flour, with the possibility of creating ad hoc recipes for specific customer requirements.
The company boasts a structured and mechanised logistics system, which provides an excellent service for the speed of loading and unloading goods, the agility of preparing material, flexibility of operations and punctual delivery.

At the end of processing and packaging, and to crown the laboratory controls to which the outgoing flour is also subjected, for a better and more complete service to the international customer, the company uses multiple internal and external vehicles to load the bulk flour and external hauliers to transport the sacks, operating under controlled conditions and guaranteed hygiene, guaranteeing product traceability, which can then be accompanied by a certificate of analysis to attest to the perfect degree of wholesomeness of the flour, ascertained in the Molino’s own analysis laboratory.
